Beets, eat yo' beets! We ate ours! Even my big guy who complains about EVERYTHING, liked them! Little man like the softer, and not so roasted ones. Hey whatever floats your boat, at least he ate them, right? How do you like your beets?

(Apparently this is turning into a food photography blog, SORRY, I'm running out of ideas for it!)

    These are really pretty. Love the purple of the beets. The top left is my favorite ...I really like the composition and the wood background.
