So I hate to admit this on my blog, because well I've started it many times, and given up many times but I did day 1 of the c25k! Hey, maybe you guys can keep me in check...;o) Any way look what I found when I was just about finished. So it begins. I love fall!

    I'm not the sharpest tool in the box, what is the c25k?

    1. It's the couch potato to 5k. It helps build up to being able to run a 5k. So the first week you do a 5 minute brisk warm up walk, 60 seconds of running, 90 seconds of walking...etc for 20 minutes then you do a 5 minute cool down walk. It turns out to be almost 2 miles. I better work on that pace. ;)
